The captain will pick you up at your arrival at the airport and will take you on board of the ELPENOR.
The cook will prepare a typically oriental meal for you as well as some Italian, French, or International specialties.
The oriental food in accordance with the culinary traditions of the oriental Mediterranean uses fresh produce and careful preparation.
Specialties concern a variety of « Mezze » (first courses) such as « Dolma » (vegetables stuffed with rice: eggplants, sweet peppers, stuffed wineleaves).
The « Borek »: rolls off flaky pastry stuffed with feta and parsley.
Several salads: Tomatoes, feta, cucumbers; grated carrots with yoghurt; purslane salad with yoghurt and garlic, cucumber with yoghurt, courgette fritters, tuna salad.
The bulgur (crushed wheat) is also very much used to serve with stewed vegetables.
The meat, mainly lamb, is grilled on the barbecue on board, either in the form of brochettes (Kebab) or of meatballs « Kofté ».
For the fish the captain will be delighted to take you to the sea market where you can choose and buy the fish the chef will cook in accordance with your taste.
Service is provided by the seamen during the three meals. The rooms are cleaned every morning. The crew is entirely at your service.
